Sandy Springs Internal Medicine is located outside the Atlanta perimeter, (I-285), 1 mile west of SR-400.

From GA 400 North:
Take GA 400 South to exit 5, (Abernathy Road). Turn right on to Abernathy Road. At the 1st traffic light turn left on to Barfield Road. Follow Barfield Road to the 1st traffic light and turn right on to Mt Vernon Highway. Mt. Vernon Medical Center will be on the left.

From GA 400 South:
Take GA 400 North to exit 5b, (Sandy Springs). Follow the exit around and under GA 400 and then turn left on to Barfield Road. Follow Barfield Road to the 1st traffic light and then turn right on to Mt Vernon Highway. Mt. Vernon Medical Center will be on the left.

From I-285 East or West:
Exit on to GA 400 North. Take GA 400 North to exit 5b, (Sandy Springs). Follow the exit around and under GA 400 and then turn left on to Barfield Road. Follow Barfield Road to the 1st traffic light and then turn right on to Mt Vernon Highway. Mt. Vernon Medical Center will be on the left.

From Roswell Road and I-285:
Turn on to Roswell Road heading north. Turn right on to Hilderbrand Road and follow to the 1st stop sign, (Boylston Drive). Turn left on to Boylston Drive and go to the 1st traffic light, (approximately 1 block). Bear right on to Mt Vernon Highway. Follow Mt Vernon Highway past the Glenridge Connector. Mt Vernon Medical Center is on the right.
